  • If you wish to share content within the app, completing the login process is required.
  • All login-related data is securely stored and will be cleared upon account deletion.
1.2 Service Data (Photos & Videos)
  • With your explicit authorization, we access and process photos and videos you upload for AI-powered content generation.
  • Gallery or file permissions are requested only when needed; you may revoke authorization at any time via your device settings.
1.3 Technical & Device Information
  • Log Data: Navigation paths, IP address, access timestamps, device attributes, and cookie identifiers.
  • Device Information: Device model, operating system, language/region settings, app interaction data, and crash logs.
2 How We Use Your Information

All collected information is used strictly for legitimate business and operational purposes:

  • Facilitating core Service functions, including AI image and video generation;
  • Communicating with you regarding Service updates, support, and account management;
  • Processing your service requests and completing transactions;
  • Enhancing user experience, optimizing features, and improving Service stability;
  • Ensuring platform security, detecting fraud, and preventing unauthorized access;
  • Providing customized content and promotional materials (where permitted).

Our Solemn Commitment: Uploaded photos and videos are used exclusively to complete your AI generation tasks. Upon task completion, all original materials and generated results are permanently and irreversibly deleted. We do not use your data for AI model training, optimization, or share it with any third-party platform.

3 AI Processing & Biometric Data Protection

To deliver high-quality AI generation, our system may perform the following processing on uploaded images or videos:

  • Body contour recognition and skeletal keypoint detection (head, neck, shoulders, torso, wrists, etc.);
  • Facial region localization and feature extraction;
  • Clothing category and wearing status detection.
3.1 Strict Usage Limitations
  • All detection data is temporarily cached in server RAM during task execution and irreversibly deleted immediately upon completion.
  • We do not use facial features, skeletal keypoints, or body detection data for individual identification or verification.
  • We do not create biometric identifiers or personalized user profiles based on detection data.
  • All data usage is strictly limited to generating the AI output you requested.
3.2 Encryption & Transmission Security
  • All files are transmitted via SSL-encrypted channels to ensure data privacy and transmission security.
  • Pre- and post-deletion, we retain no duplicate files or original materials.
3.3 Auto-Deletion of Generated Results
  • Generated content is automatically deleted within 48 hours. Please save your results promptly. We are not liable for any loss due to failure to save.
4 Cookies & App Tracking Transparency
4.1 Cookie Usage (Third-Party Login Only)
  • Cookies are only triggered during Google or other third-party login flows and are controlled entirely by the respective platform.
  • We do not use Cookies for advertising, cross-app tracking, or analytics.
4.2 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

FoldJoy AI fully complies with Apple's ATT framework. We request tracking permission only when necessary for ad attribution or fraud prevention.

  • You are free to choose "Allow" or "Ask App Not to Track" — your choice does not affect app functionality.
  • If authorized, third-party partners may collect: device identifiers (IDFA), app lifecycle events, device attributes, and interaction data.
  • Tracking data is used solely for: ad performance measurement, fraud detection, install attribution, and marketing optimization.
4.3 Managing Tracking Permissions
  • Adjust settings anytime via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → FoldJoy AI.
  • Even if you decline tracking, all app features remain fully accessible.
5 Third-Party Services

We integrate the following third-party services to support advertising, analytics, and authentication. Please review their respective privacy policies:

  • If you cannot access your account, contact our support team for identity-verified deletion.

9 Children's Privacy

FoldJoy AI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a minor, you must obtain explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the Service.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will promptly initiate deletion. All in-app purchases are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's official refund policy:
